We believe that the people closest to the problems are closest to the solutions. But having the solutions is not enough. We must also have political and economic power.

 

We are researchers and tenant organizers who practice solidarity research with tenants and communities under threat of displacement, surveillance, and police terrorism.

 

We are the fiscal sponsor and research team for the Louisville Tenants Union and support research methodologies that build power for tenant unions across the US south.
